Previous steps to consider before choosing the right refrigerator for you.

  • Size: When purchasing your next refrigerator do not measure only space where it will be placed, also take into account the measures of height, width, and depth of it. Verify the space that will be required to open the doors (in case of having more than one) and the free space to enter the home or establishment.
  • Use: A refrigerator is not the same for a small family to one with many members. Or analogously, a trade-in its early years compared to the one already known. Analyze what needs you want to cover, those are the guidelines that will lead you to choose a model with spacious compartments or one with a large freezer.
  • Humidity: Check that the appliance has an adequate moisture retention system. Some brands help to preserve up to 70% and allow food to last longer periods.
  • Energy-saving: This detail is essential. To avoid expensive electricity payments, do not buy second-hand, pre-owned or low-quality refrigerators. Also, if your refrigerator is more than 10 years old, think about changing it without hesitation. Some additional accessories such as ice machines and water dispensers increase the amount of energy.
  • Yellow label Energy efficiency: It is an informative tool provided by the Official Mexican Standard for all refrigerators in terms of the amount of energy they use. It goes from A (the green color is for the most efficient equipment) to the G (red color for the least efficient). Check if your next refrigerator has yours.

Inverter System: Why is it a significant factor when buying a good quality refrigerator?

Opting for this type of technology will not only represent a thank you from your pocket, but also from Mother Earth because it allows you to save from 50% to 80% in the payment of electricity. In addition, the gas (R-410A) with which it works is ecological: the damage to the ozone layer is minimal. Developed in World War II, it has been used in air conditioning equipment for more than 30 years. In Mexico, its use corresponds to approximately 10 years.

The Inverter System is characterized by adjusting the speed of the compressor to the needs of the place that needs to be heated and provides a less or greater amount of refrigerant gas. On the other hand, it can reduce its power by up to 15%, stabilizing the synchronized operation with the evaporator, a mechanism that allows only the indispensable electricity to be consumed.
